What should I do if I received wrong, missing, or faulty items?
Please contact us within 3 days after receiving your parcel and provide clear photos showing the issue along with your order number.
If your case is approved, we will manufacture a replacement item and ship it to you completely free of charge.
After 7 days from the delivery date, we are unable to process any claims related to the order.

What should I do if I entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address?
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once 24 hours have passed after your purchase, we may not be able to modify shipping details. If the address cannot be corrected in time, please monitor your tracking information closely and contact your local post office once the package arrives in your area.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently offer worldwide shipping.

Why does my tracking number show “Not Found”?
Tracking information may take 1–2 business days to update after your order is shipped.
If there is no tracking activity after 2 business days, please email us at support@cowgic.com, and we will investigate and update you with the latest information.
